Processing time of order: 1-2 business days.

Note: Processing time refers to the time that an order needs to be packed, labeled, and delivered to the carrier for transportation.

We offer standard shipping and express shipping. All options are shown at checkout with estimated delivery time which doesn't include the processing time.

Domestic: your order will ship via USPS or UPS for domestic shipping within the United States. Usually between 5-7 days after processing. Delivery times can increase due to unexpected delays caused by holidays, bad weather, or other factors.

International: your order will ship via USPS, UPS or DHL for outside the United States. Usually between 10-15 days after processing. Delivery times can increase due to unexpected delays caused by holidays, bad weather, or other factors.

All in-stock items are processed within 1-2 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. While pre-ordered items are processed within 1-2 weeks.

 If an item you ordered is temporarily unavailable, we will immediately advise you when to expect delivery.

Shipping time to get to your destination, depends on the shipping company you have selected at checkout.

Shipping rates calculation is determined by your mailing address and what shipping option you select at checkout, quantity of items and weight. 

We offer same day shipping for orders placed on Monday – Friday until 11AM PT/ 2PM EST. Any order placed on weekends, holidays or after 11AM PT/ 2PM ET will not be processed and shipped out until the next business day. This includes orders in which expedited shipping methods are selected. 

Please note, all estimated delivery dates shown during the checkout process are estimations only as carriers may experience seasonal and/or unexpected delays. 

Please note that for the protection of our customers and cardholders, it is currently not possible to change your shipping address. We are also unable to change or cancel an order once you placed it. 

Once your order has been placed, you’ll first receive an order confirmation email. A shipment notification email with tracking information will follow.
